Level One Sites (LOS) provides custom web based software solutions to the Reebok/CrossFit fitness industry. LOS also provides intimate consulting solutions for CrossFit franchise owners and start up advice. The company was founded by Scott Martin and Vin McCauley, serial entrepreneurs from the greater Boston area, with extensive software development experience.

Please provide an overview of your business and application.
A local gym, CrossFit Wicked, needed a new website. My wife was attending the gym and mentioned that Scott and I build custom websites. After the initial consultation the owners of CrossFit Wicked and Vin & Scott developed a shared vision for an effective software solution. Once CrossFit Wicked received their new website and software – word started to spread within the CrossFit Community about the service we provide. Our first site went live July of 2012, and currently (April 2013) we have clients throughout the USA and in 4 countries.
Where do you see things going with Level Ones Sites in the future?
As we continue to grow, we see additional opportunities to help CrossFit franchisees by providing other software solutions, including member billing and accounting software. We have also been approached to develop a similar software solution for attorneys and chiropractors. Our biggest challenge is maintaining strong customer service, in the face of the strain placed on our personnel resources due to rapid growth.

A client of ours was using eApps and we became familiar with their staff and truly appreciated their level of customer service. Through analyzing our support ticket requests, a pattern developed and they reached out to see how they could help improve the overall process. We had a consultation and eApps provided a phenomenal solution that shaved about 2 man hours off our internal process. eApps created a template of our software and uses it to deploy our base software for our new customers. The outsourcing of this function saves time, provides a smoother process for LOS staff and reduces the amount of support ticket requests. Their solution really created a win-win situation for both of our companies.
What do you expect eApps Hosting to do in the future to help you achieve your goals?
As long as eApps keeps their pricing reasonable, uptime on our clients sites over 99% and continued excellent customer service, what else can we ask for? The rest is really up to us.
